We are seeking a diligent and experienced Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will efficiently assemble units based on blueprints and utilize a variety of tools to fasten parts together. This role requires precision and attention to detail to ensure components fit closely and operate correctly.

• Position parts according to knowledge of the unit being assembled or blueprint.
• Fasten parts together using bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners with hand, air, and/or power tools.
• Remove small quantities of metal to ensure close fit between parts.
• Operate machines to perform force fitting or fastening operations as specified.
• Assist in the instruction and training of others.
• Lift 20-50 lbs as needed.

• General labor experience, including heavy lifting and assembly work.
• Proficiency with hand power tools.
• At least 6 months of manufacturing, construction, farming, or automotive experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience in conducting quality checks using calipers and micrometers.

• Experience in assembly.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Johnson Creek, WI.

The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $20.96/hr.
