Job Description

As an assembler, you will be responsible for the assembly, testing, and inspection of a diverse range of electronic products. This position requires mechanical aptitude, intermediate manufacturing experience, and proficiency in English to follow work instructions and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assemble varied electronic products, consistently meeting quality standards.
• Perform in-process and final assembly inspections and report potential defects to the shift leader or manager.
• Foster a high-performing team environment through daily communication with supervisors and colleagues in all manufacturing areas.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to meet production schedules, including overtime as required by production needs.
• Provide regular feedback to management regarding potential product and assembly process improvements.
• Comply with all company policies and programs, including those regarding ethics, conduct, safety, security, ISO, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain compliance with quality, occupational safety, and environmental regulations.
• Help create and maintain facilities for your area of responsibility, ensuring occupational safety and environmental protection.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to use hands and arms to finger, handle, feel, and reach
• Ability to use vision to read computer screens and printed materials

This is a Contract position based out of North Syracuse, NY.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
