Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Minnesota SLP license (please include a PDF with your application)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows considered
- School-based or pediatric SLP experience beneficial
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students K-12 in an onsite school setting
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support each student’s growth
- Contribute to IEP development and attend IEP meetings as needed
- Maintain accurate records and follow all district and state guidelines
- Communicate regularly with team members and participate in professional development
