What You'll Do

• Assist customers with insurance policies and payments
• Answer questions and provide exceptional customer service
• Follow up on quotes, renewals, and policy changes
• Help identify customers' insurance needs
• Process transactions and maintain accurate records
• Conduct vehicle inspections and take vehicle photos
• Support local marketing and business development efforts

✔ Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic to intermediate computer skills
• Reliable transportation
