What We're Looking For:

• Active license as a school psychologist in Michigan, or eligibility to obtain MI licensure before the start of the school year
• Experience in K–12 educational settings, with the ability to manage a diverse caseload
• Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and consultation within a school environment
• Familiarity with IEPs, FBA/BIPs, and MTSS/RTI processes
• Effective communicator who can collaborate with families, educators, and support staff
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of students across different grade levels

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and interpretations to identify students’ needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct counseling, intervention, and crisis support to students
