Step into a meaningful, full-time contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students within a welcoming and collaborative school environment. This role is ideal for both experienced SLPs (CCC) and clinical fellows (CFs) eager to make a lasting impact as they help young learners discover their voices and succeed academically and socially.

This position involves serving students across the school year, working Monday through Friday for 37.5 hours per week. With a start date in late August 2026 and extending through June 2027, you'll play a crucial role in fostering communication skills in children as they begin and progress through their academic year.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current MN SLP license (must provide PDF copy with application)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; open to Clinical Fellows (CFs)
• Prior school-based experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Passion for working with diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) for students
• Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions onsite
• Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments as necessary
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to create supportive learning environments
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team initiatives
