Job Title: Diesel Mechanic
Job Description
As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing preventative and reactive repairs on tractors and trailers. This includes preventive maintenance tasks such as lube, filters, tire inspection, oil changes, and wheel seals. Additionally, you will work on engines, replace components such as alternators, starters, and brakes, and use tools like torches and grinders. You will also diagnose issues using a laptop connected to various systems and track your work through internal software.

Work Environment
The work environment is a garage type, open to elements and not climate-controlled. However, the breakroom and offices are equipped with air conditioning. Steel-toed boots are required from the first day. 1st shift

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
