Embark on a meaningful contract opportunity supporting students as a full-time, onsite Speech-Language Pathologist in a vibrant district. This role begins in late August 2026, aligning with the academic calendar, and continues through early June 2027. With students returning in early September, you’ll have time for orientation and preparation, ensuring a smooth start. New graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship are encouraged to apply and will be fully supported.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold a current, valid Minnesota SLP license (attach PDF with application)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but those completing a Clinical Fellowship (CF) are welcome
• School-based or pediatric experience is highly valued
• Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, parents, and educators
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Passion for empowering students of diverse backgrounds and abilities

Essential Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s goals
• Deliver therapy services in both individual and group settings, in accordance with IEPs
• Consult and collaborate regularly with teachers, administrators, and families
• Maintain accurate records and thorough documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP team meetings and contribute to a positive school culture

This is a school-year position, Monday through Friday, with a consistent weekly schedule of 37.5 hours. The district offers a supportive environment for both experienced clinicians and CFs, and you’ll join a dedicated community focused on student growth and success.
