Pay: $22.00–$24.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Available Shifts- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Kelly Services is seeking experienced CNC Machinists/Operators to join a leading manufacturing facility in Germantown, WI. If you have strong machining experience, enjoy working with precision equipment, and are looking for a clean, modern work environment, we'd love to hear from you!

- Operate and set up CNC lathes, horizontal machining centers, and vertical machining centers
- Operate assigned machines while meeting production and quality standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and work instructions
- Perform machine setups and make necessary adjustments
- Use precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, and gauges
- Verify and document part dimensions and tolerances
- Inspect machined parts for quality, finish, and accuracy
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and general machine upkeep
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
- Work collaboratively with the production team
- Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience
- Experience performing CNC machine setups
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Knowledge of shop mathematics and precision measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Eagerness to learn and continuously improve
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
