Qualifications & Desired Experience

• Current CTC Certification in Moderate/Severe Special Education (required)
• Background working with moderate to severe caseloads, preferably early elementary
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs in accordance with state guidelines
• Adaptability and positivity in a dynamic educational setting

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized instruction based on students' IEP goals and unique learning needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
