Job Title: Solderer Assembler

We are seeking a Solderer Assembler to perform precision soldering, electronic assembly, and troubleshooting in a fast-paced startup technology environment. This role works closely with engineers to build, repair, and test electronic and mechanical assemblies while supporting production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solder harnesses, PCBs, and electronic assemblies.
• Assemble, repair, and test electronic units and module boxes.
• Perform mechanical assembly and hardware repairs.
• Troubleshoot electronic, hardware, and software box issues with engineering teams.
• Apply heat shrink and wiring protection techniques.
• Support production activities and adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications:

• Experience with soldering
• Electronic assembly and repair experience.
• Mechanical assembly and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with heat shrink applications and wiring best practices.
• Ability to work closely with engineers in a hands-on environment.
• Comfortable in a startup setting with flexible responsibilities.

Work Environment

This position is based in a startup tech defense environment that emphasizes flexibility and adaptability. The facility includes a large break room and provides catered lunches daily, contributing to a supportive and comfortable workplace. The role involves hands-on work with electronic assemblies, mechanical components, and software boxes in a technology-driven production environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hawthorne, CA.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
