Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and delivering specialized instruction tailored to the needs of 2nd and 3rd grade ESN students
• Developing and maintaining compliant IEPs, tracking progress, and reporting updates
• Collaborating with general education teachers, support staff, families, and related service providers
• Creating a classroom environment that encourages social, academic, and emotional development
• Managing classroom procedures and ensuring the safety and well-being of all students
• Actively participating in meetings, professional development, and school activities
