Ascend Staffing is hiring an Experienced Machine Operator / Line Operator for a fertilizer manufacturing facility in Toledo, WA.

This is a MondayFriday day shift, making it a great fit for experienced machine operators who want a consistent schedule and evenings at home.

• Operate industrial production equipment

• Operate bagging machines

• Operate mixer equipment

• Monitor machinery during production

• Measure and mix materials according to production specifications

• Monitor product quality and production flow

• Load, move, and stage materials

• Perform equipment inspections and safety checks

• Identify equipment problems and report issues to management

• Make basic machine adjustments when needed

• Follow production recipes, specifications, and operating procedures

• Maintain production records

• Meet daily production goals

• Keep machinery and work areas clean

• Follow all safety procedures and required PPE guidelines

• Work safely around heavy equipment and industrial machinery

• Assist with other production duties as assigned

• Previous industrial machine operating experience required

• Experience with production equipment preferred

• Bagging machine experience a plus

• Mixer experience a plus

• Production line experience a plus

• Fertilizer or agricultural production experience a plus

• Manufacturing experience preferred

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Ability to identify and troubleshoot basic equipment issues

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently

• Ability to work as part of a production team

• Ability to work safely around industrial equipment

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Must pass pre-employment drug screen

• Must pass background check
