Architectural Project Manager
We’re looking for a talented and motivated Architectural Project Manager (5+ years of experience) to join our team and help bring projects to life from concept through completion. In this role, you’ll lead a variety of commercial and office projects, collaborate closely with clients and teammates, and play a meaningful part in shaping both our projects and our firm’s future.
You’ll have the opportunity to mentor junior staff, contribute to business development efforts, and help refine how we work—all within a supportive, close-knit team environment.
What You’ll Do- Lead architectural projects from initial concept through final completion, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget goals are achieved.
- Oversee design and delivery for a range of projects, including commercial spaces, offices, tenant fit-outs, and small healthcare facilities.
- Guide the preparation and coordination of construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Mentor and support junior team members, helping them grow in design, documentation, and project coordination.
- Build strong relationships and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Provide responsive, client-focused service by addressing questions or challenges quickly and thoughtfully.
- Manage multiple projects at once, staying organized and adaptable in a fast-paced setting.
- Share ideas to improve workflows, project delivery, and office processes.
- Get involved in marketing and business development efforts, including proposal preparation and strategy.
- Collaborate with teammates to maintain a positive, team-oriented culture and deliver consistent, high-quality work.
- Develop functional, efficient space planning solutions that align with client needs.
What You Bring- Degree in Architecture
- 5+ years of experience in an architectural project management or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Experience managing projects from design through construction completion
- Solid experience in space planning, particularly for commercial/office environments
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- A client-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- A collaborative leadership style and interest in mentoring others
- Interest in business development and contributing to firm growth
- Eligibility and motivation to pursue architectural registration (if not already licensed)
Nice to Have- Master’s degree in Architecture
- Architectural license (or progress toward licensure)
- Experience with commercial, office, and small healthcare projects
- Familiarity working with property managers on tenant fit-outs
- Interest in improving processes and workflows
- Comfort in a fast-paced, high-volume project environment
- Engagement or interest in professional organizations like AIA

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baltimore, MD.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $43.27 - $60.10/hr.
