Associate Attorney - Medical Malpractice
Associate Attorney - Medical Malpractice
I am working with a prominent Seattle Law firm seeking a driven Associate Attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience to join a highly respected civil litigation practice in Tacoma. - Draft and argue motions
- Work directly with clients, experts, and witnesses
- Participate in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings
- Collaborate closely with experienced trial attorneys
- Develop litigation and case strategy from inception through resolution
Practice Areas:
The firm represents clients in a broad range of complex litigation matters, including:
- Medical malpractice defense
- Healthcare litigation

- Active Washington State Bar membership in good standing
- 3+ years of civil litigation and/or insurance defense experience

- Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Experience handling discovery, depositions, and motion practice
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Collaborative team player with exceptional client service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Lexis, and virtual collaboration tools
Why This Opportunity?
- Significant courtroom and trial exposure
- Direct mentorship from accomplished trial attorneys
- Sophisticated and high-profile litigation matters
