• Active Journeyman Plumbing License required.
• Minimum 5+ years of commercial plumbing field experience.
• Ability to perform and oversee plumbing installations in commercial construction environments.
• Experience installing commercial piping systems, fixtures, and related plumbing infrastructure.
• Experience directing crews, assigning work, tracking productivity, and ensuring quality workmanship.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate difficult or sensitive information professionally and tactfully.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

• Leadership experience (Foreperson) preferred, but will train a Journeyman who wants to lead crews.
• Experience in project coordination and communication.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel between jobsites as needed.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

This role involves working on commercial construction jobsites throughout Iowa, in both indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to seasonal weather conditions. The work is physically demanding, requiring occasional lifting of up to 80 pounds, frequent standing, walking, and jobsite supervision. You will be exposed to dust, noise, moving equipment, heights, and active construction operations. Use of hand tools, power tools, forklifts, ladders, scaffolding, and company vehicles is expected. Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, hearing protection, and work boots are required. The work environment is safety-focused, with adherence to OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
