Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Shoreview, MN Area
Start Date: August 31
Schedule: Full-Time, School-Based
Student Population: Grades 7-12
Work Location: Single school site
Caseload Information
Approximately 33 students

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language services
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and related service providers
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and progress reporting
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with educational requirements
• Support student success through evidence-based intervention strategies

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license and appropriate state credentials
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage a caseload independently while working effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Passion for supporting middle and high school students
