The Assembly Technician plays a key role in producing specialized pressure switches and liquid level (float) switches used in demanding environments such as aircraft, military electronics, military vehicles, nuclear power plants, high-value machine tools, and railroad equipment. This role focuses on precise small-tool assembly work in a clean, well-lit, and family-like shop environment, with opportunities to learn soldering and grow technical skills over time.

Work EnvironmentThe role is based in a small, family-like shop with a total team of about eight people, including three working in the shop. There is no formal dress code, and steel-toe footwear is not required, allowing for comfortable attire while you work with hand and power tools at your station.
