Civil Litigation Attorney
Established Premier Firm Seeking Mid to Senior Level Associate Attorney for Civil Litigation in Los Angeles, CA.
An established firm based in Los Angeles, CA with over 20 years in practice is seeking a Mid-Senior Level Associate Attorney with 3 plus years of experience to join their team in a hybrid work arrangement with three days in the office.
A litigation focused business law firm that helps companies navigate high stakes disputes - from contracts and real estate to collections, bankruptcy, and class actions - by combining big firm strategy with practical, business first execution.
This role involves handling civil litigation matters in state and federal courts and arbitration, managing cases from inception through trial, and working directly with clients while developing strong litigation strategy and advocacy skills.
Offer
Salary range: $150,000-$225,000, contingent on experience

Qualifications
Possession of a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school with top 50 preference
Active admission and good standing with the California State Bar
3 plus years of civil litigation experience
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
Responsibilities
Managing civil litigation matters from initiation through resolution in state and federal courts and arbitration
Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other court filings
Arguing motions and appearing in court on behalf of clients
Taking and defending depositions
Preparing for and participating in trials and arbitration hearings
Interfacing directly with clients and building long-term professional relationships
Collaborating with colleagues on case strategy, legal analysis, and client development
