Responsibilities

Provide direct service and supervision of instructional assistants in following individualized educational programs (IEP) and behavioral support plans (BSP) for students with multiple and/or significant disabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field
• Active AL Special Education teaching certification (K-12)
• Experience working with students with disabilities
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
