Government Affairs Operations Manager to support day-to-day operations, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional initiatives across affiliated entities.
This is a
high-visibility, hands-on role ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
What You'll Do- Manage lobbying registrations and compliance reporting (federal, state, local)
- Oversee vendor relationships, office operations, and lease agreements
- Handle entity registrations, certifications, and renewals
- Support client compliance filings and reporting deadlines
- Partner cross-functionally on projects, process improvements, and operational initiatives
What We're Looking For- 3+ years of experience in operations, compliance, or government affairs
- Experience with regulatory filings or reporting preferred
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
- Professional, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
Compensation & Benefits- $75,000 - $95,000 base salary
