Key Qualifications:
- Active California CTC licensure (required)
- Expertise working with elementary-aged children, particularly those with mild to moderate disabilities
- Experience in IEP development and implementation

Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, individualized instruction to students in grades 4-6
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in close partnership with families and colleagues
- Adapt curriculum and employ differentiated strategies to support diverse learning needs
- Work collaboratively with general education teachers and your instructional assistant
- Maintain comprehensive records and track student progress to inform instruction
- Engage in parent communications, team meetings, and professional development
