We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join our growing team! In this role, you will operate a stand-up forklift to move materials, replenish inventory, fulfill orders, and prepare shipments for distribution.

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to stock, replenish, and pick inventory.
• Pull and stage orders accurately to meet shipping deadlines.
• Prepare, pack, and verify shipments for outbound delivery.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory and transactions.
• Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of inventory movements.
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a clean, organized warehouse environment.

• Minimum 2 years of recent stand-up forklift experience.
• Experience with order picking, stocking, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
• Basic computer skills and experience using RF scanners.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

• Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Frequently reach at waist level and occasionally overhead.
• Lift up to 45 lbs and carry up to 10 lbs regularly.
• Ability to push, pull, bend, kneel, and stoop as needed.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools when required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Buffalo Grove, IL.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
