Schedule:

• Day Shift
• Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• No Weekends | No Holidays

Must Have –

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
• Physical Therapist (PT) License
• BLS Certification (Within 1 month of hire preferred)

Job Summary:

• Primarily outpatient with some acute care coverage
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide physical therapy interventions and monitor patient progress
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, aides, and students
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• Participate in program development and community education
