Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state license (or eligibility) for SLP practice
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred–CFY candidates are welcome
- Experience working with school-aged children (preferred)
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Skilled in assessment and use of therapy tools, both individual and group
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students to determine speech and language needs
- Develop and deliver individualized therapy sessions in line with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
- Complete thorough documentation, progress monitoring, and maintain compliance with school and state policies
- Participate in IEP meetings as a team member and trusted advisor
