Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state license (or eligibility) for SLP practice
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred–CFY candidates are welcome
• Experience working with school-aged children (preferred)
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Skilled in assessment and use of therapy tools, both individual and group
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to determine speech and language needs
• Develop and deliver individualized therapy sessions in line with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
• Complete thorough documentation, progress monitoring, and maintain compliance with school and state policies
• Participate in IEP meetings as a team member and trusted advisor
