We are looking for an efficient Human Resources Recruiter to support hiring efforts in Rock Hill, South Carolina, while partnering with a collaborative talent acquisition team. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with candidates, managing multiple searches, and helping the organization attract talent across several locations. The person in this role will contribute to a responsive and organized recruiting process, with a strong focus on candidate engagement and timely communication.
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for a range of openings, including plant, field service, and other operational positions.
• Evaluate applications promptly and contact suitable candidates to move them efficiently through the hiring process.
• Maintain consistent communication with applicants, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders from initial outreach through offer stages.
• Develop candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and targeted outreach strategies.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, including virtual interview arrangements when needed.
• Keep applicant records current and accurate within the applicant tracking system.
• Support recruiting activity across multiple locations while balancing changing priorities and hiring volumes.
• Partner with the broader HR and talent acquisition team to deliver a positive and well-organized candidate experience.• Prior experience in recruiting is required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle hiring activities across multiple requisitions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with candidates and hiring teams.
• Solid organizational skills and dependable follow-up in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience sourcing talent and conducting candidate outreach.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and interview coordination tools.
• A motivated, positive approach and genuine interest in talent acquisition.
• Experience hiring for manufacturing, operations, skilled trades, or field-based roles is preferred.
