Job Description
This role focuses on safely handling materials, operating forklifts, and supporting warehouse operations by loading and unloading shipments, staging inventory, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. You will work with both sit-down and stand-up forklifts, use RF scanners, and complete necessary paperwork in English to keep materials moving efficiently and accurately through the facility.

Work Environment
This is a first-shift position with hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The role is based in a warehouse or production facility that is climate controlled, although it can become warm during the summer. You will regularly operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts and use RF scanners to manage inventory. The work involves frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds and moving materials throughout the facility. The dress code requires jeans and closed-toe shoes, supporting both safety and comfort in a hands-on material handling environment.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Bend, IN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
