Job Title: Crane Technician
Job Description
This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, inspecting, and maintaining overhead cranes, hoists, and related material handling equipment at customer facilities throughout the Indiana region. You will perform routine and periodic inspections, respond to emergency breakdowns, and complete field service repairs while working directly with customers to ensure their lifting equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Work Environment
The role is based primarily in large, clean manufacturing facilities where hundreds of employees may be present, though the service team typically consists of a small group of up to five technicians on-site. Standard work hours generally follow a day shift schedule around 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Technicians frequently use boom lifts, scissor lifts, and other aerial equipment and will regularly work at heights of 30–45 feet above the floor, requiring comfort with elevated work and strict adherence to safety procedures. The environment is safety-focused, with both the service provider and the manufacturing customers placing safety as the top priority.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
