Job Title: Sr Relay Technician
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for testing, commissioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting protective relays in substations and power systems. You will perform end-to-end relay testing utilizing DOBLE test equipment and protection testing software. This role involves developing and executing relay test plans, analyzing relay performance, and supporting commissioning activities for transformers, circuit breakers, switchgear, and other substation apparatus.

Work Environment
This position is primarily field-based with local travel, primarily around Fayetteville, GA. You will occasionally travel to Nashville for safety training and NETA certification groups. The role typically involves 5-10 hours of overtime per week. We offer benefits such as NETA certification training and bonuses for passing various levels, a company vehicle with a gas card, and allowances for boots, prescription safety goggles, and fire-retardant clothing. Additionally, you will be provided with a company cellphone and laptop.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
