Shift: Monday - Friday | Day Shift (Start Time Between 5:00 AM - 8:00 AM)
Overtime Available: Some Saturdays Required

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Millwright to join a leading industrial maintenance and installation team in Tacoma, WA. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and relocating industrial machinery and heavy equipment at customer sites throughout the region. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and experienced working in manufacturing, industrial, or heavy equipment environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, dismantle, assemble, and relocate industrial machinery and equipment according to blueprints, layouts, and technical drawings.
- Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and equipment rebuilds on a variety of mechanical systems.
- Align, level, balance, and calibrate machinery to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, mechanical drawings, and specifications.
- Perform welding, fabrication, fitting, and machining work to support maintenance and installation projects.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues on industrial equipment.
- Safely operate forklifts, cranes, hoists, jacks, hand tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Assist with pipefitting, equipment modifications, and machinery upgrades as required.
- Work collaboratively with project teams to complete jobs safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Follow all company, customer, and OSHA safety regulations at all times.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Millwright, Industrial Mechanic, Maintenance Technician, or related skilled trade.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with industrial machinery installation and repair.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Experience performing equipment alignments, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and in team-oriented environments.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Welding and fabrication experience.
- Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge.
- Experience working in manufacturing, marine, pulp & paper, construction, or heavy industrial environments.
- Forklift, crane, rigging, or related certifications.
- Experience working with conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, compressors, and rotating equipment.
