This role leads mechanical construction projects for a large, multi-year industrial program based in Lima, OH. The Project Manager oversees all phases of mechanical and piping construction, from pre-construction through closeout, while ensuring projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety expectations. The position requires a strong background in mechanical construction, the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, and regular travel to active job sites. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with industrial projects such as data centers, semiconductor facilities, and pharmaceutical environments, and is comfortable working independently with minimal oversight.

• Provide effective leadership to project teams, including Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, subcontractors, and field personnel.

• Coordinate CAD, fabrication, and field labor resources to meet project milestones and adapt to changing project needs.

• Hands-on experience with piping construction and mechanical systems on industrial projects such as data centers, semiconductor facilities, or pharmaceutical environments (strongly preferred).
