Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Washington State Physical Therapist license (or willingness to obtain)
• Completion of OSPI fingerprinting (or willingness to be fingerprinted)
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric physical therapy setting preferred
• Strong collaborative skills—ready to work with educators, families, and other professionals
• Comfort managing K-12 caseloads with diverse needs
• Commitment to onsite service delivery—remote or virtual work is not available

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive assessments, direct treatments, and consultative services to students across all grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, set goals, and track student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Educate school staff and families about strategies and accommodations that support student success
• Document services and maintain compliance with state, federal, and school district guidelines
