This contract role begins in late August, with students starting in early September, and runs through June. Located near Andover, MN, the position offers a supportive, school-based environment, welcoming both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows (CFs) eager to launch their school-based careers.

Required Qualifications:

• Active MN Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license (must submit a PDF copy)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, or eligibility to complete Clinical Fellowship (CF)
• Experience in a school setting is ideal, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, students, and families
• Passion for fostering student growth and success

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that address students’ needs
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student learning and inclusion
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and staff collaborations
• Manage a diverse school-based caseload

This full-time opportunity offers a traditional Monday through Friday schedule, totaling 37.5 hours each week, providing structure and consistency.
