Job Description
· Provide direct leadership to a team of two Maintenance Supervisors, one Maintenance Planner, one Parts Coordinator, one PLC Engineer, two PLC Technicians, and eight to nine Maintenance Technicians
· Lead and manage CAPEX projects from planning through execution
· Develop and oversee maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation
Key Requirements
· BS degree preferred; open to candidates without a degree who demonstrate equivalent experience
· Demonstrated experience in heavy metals manufacturing environments
· Proven track record managing CAPEX projects from conception to completion
· Proficiency with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
