Reporting directly to the District Manager, this role balances hands-on operational responsibilities with strategic growth initiatives to drive store success and ensure exemplary customer service and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor store staff to maintain high performance
• Manage inventory to ensure stock availability and minimize shrinkage
• Monitor sales and implement strategies to achieve targets
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve conflicts
• Create and manage employee schedules for optimal coverage
• Conduct staff training and development programs
