What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience in a special education (SPED) classroom setting
• Willingness to work substitute shifts as needed
• Flexibility regarding diverse caseloads and student needs
• Ability to commute reliably to Simi Valley, CA and surrounding areas
• Strong teamwork, communication, and adaptability skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students with special needs under the supervision of licensed educators
• Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapting learning materials
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture
• Help with instructional activities, classroom management, and student engagement
• Create a supportive environment that encourages student growth and independence
