Key Qualifications:

• Valid CTC Mild/Moderate Education Specialist Credential (required)
• Experience delivering instruction and support in a special education setting, preferably grades 6-12
• Strong skills in managing individualized education plans (IEPs) and coordinating services
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, staff, and families
• Comfortable teaching both in person and in a hybrid remote setting

Your Role:

• Teach the Study Skills class in person on Wednesdays (required), supporting academic and organizational development
• Attend one additional day onsite, with remaining weekly hours fulfilled virtually
• Manage a caseload of 10 students, developing and implementing tailored educational plans
• Collaborate with staff on paperwork, service coordination, and providing comprehensive student support
• Foster a safe, positive learning environment that encourages student growth and success
