•Provide 1:1 and small group support to students in Glenview classrooms.
•Assist classroom teachers with daily instruction, routines, and lesson reinforcement.
•Support students with special needs by helping reinforce IEP goals and positive behavior strategies.
•Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment.
✅ What You Need
•An active Illinois Educator License
(such as an ELS-PARA Paraprofessional License, SUB Substitute Teacher License, or PEL Professional Educator License).
•Ability to pass standard Illinois school clearances (fingerprint background check, physical/TB test).
