Our client, Freedom Mortgage, is seeking detail-oriented and reliable Document Management Specialists to join their team in Fishers, IN. As a Document Management Specialist, you will support the document imaging and records management process by:

• Sorting and processing incoming mail
• Reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness
• Updating internal systems with received information
• Scanning and digitizing loan documentation
• Processing documents for automated indexing
• Preparing and organizing files for storage and shipment
• Creating and maintaining reports using Excel and internal systems
• Filing and organizing physical and electronic records
• Assisting with special projects and operational initiatives as needed
• Maintaining a high level of accuracy while meeting productivity expectations

• Administrative or office experience
• Data entry experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Customer service experience

• Mortgage industry experience
• Loan documentation experience
• Financial services or banking experience
• Mailroom or document processing experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fishers, IN.

The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr.
