This position plays a key role in keeping enterprise systems reliable, secure, and scalable across network and server environments. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth across networking, Microsoft platforms, and virtualization, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with support teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the performance, upkeep, and rollout of core infrastructure components, including servers and network hardware, to support ongoing operations and technology initiatives.

• Configure, maintain, and resolve issues within Microsoft identity and access platforms, ensuring dependable authentication and access control services.

• Manage enterprise network environments across wired, wireless, cloud, and firewall technologies while driving stability, connectivity, and security improvements.

• Partner with information security personnel to implement and support infrastructure controls that protect systems and data.

• Provide advanced technical guidance to project teams and external implementers when specialized infrastructure expertise is needed.

• Advise IT leadership on emerging tools, operational improvements, and practical opportunities to strengthen infrastructure services.

• Coordinate with business-facing IT partners to communicate technical changes, align expectations, and minimize disruption to users.

• Serve as a senior escalation resource for service desk teams by diagnosing and resolving complex infrastructure and network incidents.
