Hiring: Pricing Operations Support Specialist

Remote | Must work EST hours
Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST
Pay: $25–$30/hr
Contract:06 Months

We are looking for a detail-oriented Pricing Operations Support Specialist to support pricing and promotion activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review contracts and pricing documents for accuracy
• Compare approved pricing against executed contracts
• Review price lists, rates, discounts, and calculations
• Perform Excel-based validation and quality checks
• Support customer coding and pricing program maintenance
• Assist with contract renewals and pricing rollovers
• Maintain documentation and SharePoint content
• Work with Pricing Analysts and cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies
• Support administrative and operational pricing activities

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in Customer Service, Pricing, Finance, Operations, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Experience with data entry, documentation, and administrative processes
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Must be willing to work EST hours

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Vistex experience
• Icertis or other contract approval/workflow experience
