The Pump Associate supports mill room operations by safely and accurately filling, labeling, and preparing materials for shipment. This role operates pump equipment to precise specifications, performs quality checks, and ensures production schedules are completed by the end of each shift in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
ResponsibilitiesEmployees enjoy clear opportunities for growth, with a strong culture of promoting from within into lead and supervisor roles. The organization offers yearly raises, regular bonuses, and bi-weekly pay once hired directly. Team members benefit from paid holidays, including extended time off around the end-of-year holidays, as well as medical, dental, and vision benefits with both free and enhanced plan options. All required PPE is provided, including steel-toed footwear for contract employees, supporting safety and reducing out-of-pocket costs.
