Job Summary:
We are seeking Licensed Health Insurance Agents for a Seasonal Direct Hire opportunity supporting customers during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP). In this role, you will handle inbound calls and assist customers with Medicare and health insurance products while providing knowledgeable and professional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls regarding Medicare and health insurance products.
• Educate customers on available plan options, benefits, and coverage.
• Assess customer needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions.
• Complete applications and documentation accurately.
• Maintain compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and performance expectations.

Requirements:

• Active Health Insurance License required.
• Previous health insurance, Medicare, or insurance experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup.
• Flexible availability Monday–Saturday within the assigned operating hours.
