I'm partnering with a highly respected Seattle litigation boutique that is looking to add a Mid-Level Litigation Associate to its team. The firm handles a sophisticated mix of matters, including insurance coverage disputes, business and commercial litigation, high-exposure personal injury cases, and trusts and estates litigation. Attorneys receive significant client contact, substantive case ownership, and direct mentorship from experienced litigators.

What You'll Do
- Manage civil litigation matters through all stages of the case lifecycle
- Draft motions, briefs, memoranda, pleadings, and other litigation documents
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
- Handle discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation
- Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and experts
- Collaborate closely with partners on complex and high-profile matters
Qualifications
- 4+ years of civil litigation experience in Washington
- Insurance coverage experience strongly preferred
- Strong academic credentials
- Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities
- Desire to take on increasing responsibility and sophisticated litigation work
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $142,000 - $225,000, depending on experience
- Performance bonuses:
- $10,000 at 1,600 billable hours
- $20,000 at 1,700 billable hours
- $35,000 at 1,800 billable hours
