You'll play a pivotal role covering two consecutive maternity leaves, ensuring students receive consistent and expert care throughout the semester.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a full range of psychological services, including student evaluation, consultation, and direct support
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and administrators to foster student success
• Participate actively in the development and implementation of IEP goals
• Employ Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) to create and maintain Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSP)
• Provide guidance for staff in compliance with all relevant state and federal educational statutes and regulations
• Maintain thorough documentation and adhere strictly to school policies and legal requirements

Required Skills and Experience:

• Valid Minnesota School Psychologist certification or licensure (active status)
• Demonstrated expertise in IEP goal development and implementation
• Direct experience with Functional Behavior Assessments and Positive Behavior Support Plans
• Strong ability to interpret and apply educational law
• Exceptional interpersonal, consultation, and communication skills
• Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
