Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial boiler systems
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues efficiently and safely
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs, timelines, and recommendations
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Requirements:
- Proven 2-5 years of experience as a Boiler Technician or similar HVAC role
- Strong knowledge of boiler systems (steam, hot water, gas, oil)
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical components
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- EPA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- OSHA knowledge a plus
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism
