Job Description
This role focuses on building electrical control panels from start to finish in a climate-controlled shop environment. You will use hand and power tools, follow electrical schematics and layouts, and ensure all wiring meets established electrical standards while maintaining a neat and organized panel build.

Work Environment
You will work on a climate-controlled shop floor, providing a comfortable environment throughout the year. The operation runs on a single first shift, with standard hours approximately from early morning to mid-afternoon, and additional start-time options around 6:00 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. for flexibility. Overtime is available, with some employees working up to around 58 hours per week, including about 14 hours of overtime. The shop does not require safety glasses or steel-toe footwear under normal conditions, contributing to a more relaxed dress environment while still maintaining safe practices. You may listen to music with earbuds while working, allowing for a focused and enjoyable workday. The floor hosts a small team of panel builders, creating a collaborative environment where engineering support is readily accessible.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
