Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Georgia Speech and Language certification (required)
- Experience in a school setting, especially with elementary and middle school age groups
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and IEP development skills

- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students according to their IEPs
- Assess students’ communication abilities, identify needs, and document progress
- Develop individualized treatment plans and tailored interventions
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, goal-setting, and progress reviews
- Support classroom teachers with strategies to foster student communication
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and state standards
