Key Qualifications:

• Valid CTC Certification in Moderate/Severe Special Education (required)
• Proven experience with moderate/severe special education caseloads preferred
• Ability to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong skills in collaboration and communication with students, families, and colleagues
• Commitment to creating an adaptive and nurturing environment for learners with diverse needs

Responsibilities:

• Deliver effective instruction tailored to students with moderate/severe disabilities
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Utilization of evidence-based strategies and adaptive technology
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and participate in regular IEP meetings
• Communicate student goals and progress with families and caregivers, fostering collaborative partnerships
