Interventional Cardiology Opportunity - Batesville, AR | Immediate Patient Volume
\nCompany DescriptionThis Interventional Cardiology opportunity in Batesville, Arkansas offers immediate patient volume, strong procedural opportunity, and the support of an established cardiology program. You'll join a 255-bed Level II Trauma Center with a full patient panel from day one and access to dedicated APP support. This role combines procedural volume, clinical autonomy, and a strong compensation package designed for long-term success.
- Patient Volume: Step into an immediate patient panel with a strong referral base from day one
- Procedural Practice Support: Utilize a cath lab with full APP support while managing a balanced mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient cardiology
- Predictable Schedule: Enjoy a practice structure with no weekend shifts required
- Comprehensive Compensation Package: Receive a 750,000 guaranteed base salary plus RVU production incentives, 50,000-100,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and J1/H1B visa sponsorship
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology
- Comfortable managing both inpatient and outpatient cardiology
- Interested in high procedural volume and long-term program growth
- Eligible for medical licensure in Arkansas
